- Annual Visual Inspection: Our team of professionals conducts a meticulous assessment of all your solar system components, ensuring they are in perfect working order.
- 24/7 Monitoring: We implement round-the-clock monitoring, continuously watching over your solar system to swiftly detect and address any issues that may arise.
- Notification Service: Rest assured, we’ll keep you informed with timely notifications in the event that any problems are detected, keeping you in the loop every step of the way.
PREMIUM – $99/Month or our discounted Annual price of $1099/Year
- Biannual Cleaning: Benefit from two comprehensive solar panel cleanings per year, ensuring peak efficiency (twice a year).
- Annual Visual Inspection: Our team of professionals conducts a thorough assessment of your solar system’s components, guaranteeing optimal performance.
- Continuous 24/7 Monitoring: We establish real-time monitoring to swiftly detect and address any issues, providing constant vigilance for your peace of mind.
- Proactive Notification Service: You can count on us to notify you promptly if any problems are detected, ensuring transparency and quick action.
- Truck Rolls: Enjoy up to two onsite troubleshooting visits per year, each lasting a maximum of two hours. In case of an incident report, a technician will be dispatched within 48 hours. For battery system owners experiencing a power loss incident, rest assured that a technician will be onsite within 24 hours.
